Valoria Wealth Management operates as a fee-only fiduciary. Compensation is never tied to product sales or investment commissions. Fees are outlined clearly before engagement begins, so you always know what you are paying and why.

Annual Planning Fee

For individuals, comprehensive financial planning is provided for a flat annual fee of $7,200, billed quarterly.

For couples, the flat annual fee is $8,400, billed quarterly.

This structure is designed for high-earning professionals with equity compensation, complex income, and evolving financial goals.

Asset-Based Fee Transition

When assets managed by the firm reach $700,000 for individuals or $840,000 for couples, pricing transitions from a flat fee to a percentage-based advisory fee.

Financial planning and investment management continue under one integrated structure. Clients are never charged both a flat fee and a percentage-based fee at the same time.

When fees are calculated as a percentage of assets managed, the following tiered rates apply:

  • 1.00% on assets up to $2,000,000
  • 0.80% on assets from $2,000,001 to $4,000,000
  • 0.60% on assets above $4,000,000

Initial Planning and Implementation

All new client relationships begin with a one-time $500 onboarding fee that reflects the depth of analysis required to coordinate equity compensation, tax strategy, investment structure, and long-term planning.

How We Begin

  • Strategy Meeting: We start with a complimentary 60-minute conversation to confirm fit and understand your compensation structure and goals.
  • Scope and Engagement: If we both feel aligned, we schedule a 30-minute follow-up to outline the scope of work, fee structure, and next steps.
  • You will receive a clear explanation of services, expectations, and pricing before any engagement begins.
  • Comprehensive Planning and Implementation: Once engaged, we begin a structured planning process to strategize and implement your financial plan. After initial implementation, we meet quarterly to review progress, make adjustments if needed, and refine your strategy, with ongoing support and coordination as needed throughout the year.
